Our second product: A pure, authentic Sangiovese, a true expression of the Maremma terroir. Grown on the Mediterranean plain near Capalbio, just a few kilometers from the sea, this wine is made from hand-selected grapes and vinified without invasive interventions.
 Winemaking
 Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in open vats, without temperature control. Maceration on the skins for 10-15 days. Aged in stainless steel and bottle, without fining or filtration. Sulfur added: minimal to none.
 Character
 A lively, sincere wine that speaks the language of nature and the most genuine Tuscan Sangiovese. Ideal with rustic dishes, grilled meats, legume soups, or simply to share with friends.
