How we work
Hand-tended vineyards, without pesticides or herbicides
Spontaneous fermentations with indigenous yeasts
No clarification or filtration
Minimal or no use of sulfur dioxide
Vinification in open vats, amphorae or old wooden barrels
Each bottle is a unique piece, not replicable
🍷 Our wines
Each label is born from a manual selection of grapes and tells a different story. We produce:
Ansonica (pure) - Macerated white (orange wine), intense and aromatic
Sangiovese (pure) Lively, fruity and frank red
All our bottles are produced in very small quantities, designed for those who love research and quality.
