Our second product: A pure, authentic Sangiovese, a sincere expression of the Maremma terroir. Grown on the Mediterranean plain adjacent to the Capalbio coast, just a few kilometers from the sea, this wine is made from hand-selected grapes vinified without invasive interventions. Winemaking Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in open vats, without temperature control. Maceration on the skins for 10-15 days. Aged in stainless steel and bottle, without fining or filtration. Sulfur added: minimal to none.
